Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be fun and affordable entertainment—not a way to make money. If it stops feeling enjoyable, take a break and seek support.
Know the warning signs
- Spending more time or money than planned, chasing losses, or increasing bets to feel the same excitement.
- Hiding gambling, borrowing money, or missing bills or essential expenses.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when trying to stop or cut back.
- Gambling affecting relationships, work, study, or sleep.
Take a timeout
Request a short break (cooling-off period). You won’t be able to gamble during the timeout.
Self-exclusion
Ask to block access for a longer period. We’ll apply the restriction as requested.
Close your account
You can request account closure at any time. We may need to complete security checks.
How to request tools
Email or call us with your request (timeout, self-exclusion, or closure). For your safety, we may ask for verification before applying changes.
If you think you may be at risk, consider self-exclusion and get independent support (below). If you are under 18, do not gamble.
