1) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and located in New Zealand to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Social-casino rules (no gambling)

• The Service is for entertainment only and does not involve real-money gambling.
• Any virtual coins/credits/items are virtual currency with no cash value and no real-world value.
• Virtual currency cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service.
• We do not offer prizes or payouts based on gameplay outcomes.

4) Optional in-app purchases

If offered, you may purchase virtual currency/items for use within the Service. Purchases are optional, are not investments, do not create property rights, and are typically non-refundable except where required by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable).

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful content or conduct.
• No attempting to buy/sell accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, content, and trademarks. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7) Service changes, suspension, termination

We may modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or our legal obligations. Virtual currency balances may be adjusted or removed in cases of abuse, error, or enforcement.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.

9) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
